Why Choose Me?

Your Partner

When you are in pain or working to improve your mobility or performance, you need a strong, knowledgeable partner on your side. I believe in strong collaboration with my clients to ensure that their goals and needs are fully satisfied.

Prior to studying massage, I worked in healthcare including skilled nursing facilities, and served in leadership roles in engineering and public administration. I participated in sports throughout my life including football, rugby, wrestling, rodeo, and weightlifting. I have worked with physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists. These experiences have given me insight into the kinds of challenges people face due to stress and injuries, and potential paths for healing.

Professional Education

I graduated from Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage in Austin, Texas, a leading, nationally-recognized institution for professional massage education. During the 500-hour program, I studied theory and practice covering human anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, pathology, as several common modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, pregnancy massage, chair massage, joint and body mobilization, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, and orthopedic massage.

As a licensed massage therapist, I am attending continuing education to further develop my skills and experience.

Texas Licensed

I have passed the MBLEx, a standardized examination for massage therapy practitioners in the United States administered by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards.

I am a registered therapist with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, License #MT144610.
